I have seen other similar posts and I have the exact same issue.
As part of my broadband order I have been offered a tablet for £1 but cannot redeem it.
I have called EE multiple times and have raised a complaint which seems to get closed without action. Staff don't seem to know how to resolve this query.
Can anyone help?

1 hour and 40 mins. Still on hold "whilst you try and sort this out". This is very poor service by EE.

After 2 hours and 8 mins on the phone with EE the customer service agent's update was they dont know why it's not working or why my complaint was closed. Hazard a guess as to what happens now? Thats right, another web form logged and "someone will get back to me in 5 days time".
I'm at a loss as to why EE is incapable of resolving this.
I have also received an email reminding me to claim the tablet.

@ij001 , this is a public forum with no account access and we have no idea who you are, that is why you have been asked to contact customer service, as they can see your account, which no one can see here, also the link to fill in the complaints form is another way to go, sorry this may not sound helpful, but that is the way it is.
