On signing up to EE Broadband, I was offered a Galaxy A11 Tablet for £1
This offer has continued to be unredeemable on the EE website
I have wasted far too much time speaking (and waiting on hold to speak to) many, many members of the EE team who are clueless and the issue is yet to be resolved.
Anyone had a similar issue that has been able to be resolved?
The original advice of telling me to wait until I was out of my "cooling off period" to claim it seems like a total scam.
Related: anyone had luck cancelling broadband out of cooling off period for EE failing to redeem an offer?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

The terms are found here: https://ee.co.uk/tab-a11-terms
It does state while stocks last.
An offer such as this would not normally have any effect on the terms of your contract.

Thanks Matt.
Stocks are very much available - I could buy it for full price! And the first attempt to redeem was within minutes of receiving the voucher code - it is after all a great offer.
I have raised a complaint.
