Order not fulfilled.

Ive ordered a phone, they confirmed my order via there live chat and when I chased up today to see where it was they said oh sorry it’s not been put through and you can’t have it 😂 I’ve also emailed the CEO and will be every hour until the order EE sold me gets delivered!

@Sharne3     You can do that or you can actually realise there is no contract between yourself and EE so your argument is about what exactly?     You’ve not been sold anything.  You’ve even put this yourself.  “oh sorry it’s not been put through”.      So you’ve been sold nothing. 

Just to point out the CEO isn’t customer facing and if you keep doing this you’ll just get your email address blocked.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I signed the contract and all the documents online with the online sales team he sent me all the links to sign it via email and sent me a confirmation saying my order had been successful and would be dispatched within 14 days 

@Sharne3 Take it you waited then and called, did the EE CS say anything else apart from it not going through, they do not have to there end but can be for a few reason's and ideally an e-mail to contact EE would have been nice but that may just have slipped through the cracks, who knows!

I still haven’t spoke with EE CS, I did call up and spoke to a very nice gentleman and explained I’m not trying to be difficult but I was given order confirmation and I’ve been sat waiting for it to arrive, but he advised he wasn’t able to pass me through to CS and they would call me back. If I didn’t contact EE today to chase this up I wouldn’t have had any idea something was wrong and I’ll still be sat waiting for a dispatch email from dpd.

Did you order an upgrade or a brand new line? 
Are you an existing customer, or are you joining EE for the first time? 

When the Customer Service guild said you can't have the phone you ordered, what was the reason they gave?

I’m an existing EE customer and I was adding a brand new line. 

They said I can’t because I already have 2 lines with EE already but EE had already processed my order and confirmed the order with me and I’d signed the contracts.  Only when I contacted EE today to see when my device would be delivered was I told actually I can’t have it. 

@Sharne3 How many lines do you expect to have, is this all on a single device or multiple devices?
