Hi, could someone from the digital team help please?
The Full Works for iPhone plan shows as £36 per month on the EE website. I can add it to my basket, but when I go to checkout it tells me to call. When I call, the phone team only see £43 and say it’s a system glitch.
I’d like to purchase the plan at the £36 online price, but the checkout won’t let me complete it.
Could this be escalated to the digital sales team so the correct online price can be applied?

This peer user discussion group is not the correct platform for escalating faults in EE systems for EE to fix. You still need to report it to CS

It clearly states it's an online exclusive deal so they won't have it on the phone, have you tried clearing cache/cookies or using a private browser instead to see?
