Failed DPD delivery twice and bad customer support

Hi All,

I didn't know ordering an upgrade is so bad.. Order made.. 2 attempts by DPD failed.. where address is provided correctly.. CCTV in front of my house and no sign of the driver at all..

Calling EE support to cancel this order as what is the point but all I get is a person switching me to a team and hearing a message "this office is closed" twice and phone hung up...

I would like to ask who I need to speak with to cancel this order or to send the phone to the EE store..

@Madzone  As there has been 2 failed attempts at delivering the device it’ll be returned back to EE,   You’ll have to wait till that return has been processed then you’ll be able to re-order as your account will go back to an upgrade state.   You can not do about cancelling the order now as the device has to be processed as a return.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
