Exceeded pin attempts ordering an upgrade

I've been trying to upgrade my phone and EE want to verify me. I can't order the phone because it says I've exceeded the number of pin attempts.

Please help

@nathanjaylewis  then you need to call customer support or go to an EE store within in date photo ID.
