EEDevice being returned to EE (missed delivery)

Hi,

I recently ordered a new phone (Iphone 16 pro max 256 gb titanium black) from EE. I did get confirmation and dispatch mail from EE, but I didn't get any email or message from dpd regarding the delivery.

I downloaded the DPD app and logged in. There it says that I missed the delivery and it was refused, and it is now being sent back to ee. I live in a shared house, I wasn't home at the time of delivery. What to do now? How long will it take?

Welcome to the community.

I'm not too sure why you didn't receive any updates either from us directly or DPD. I would advise when you re-order to make sure your contact information is saved for any updates, and make sure you enable notifications on the DPD app to stay in the loop.

Once we have your device returned at the warehouse, our team will work on getting this scanned back in. From there, we will revert your account to how it was prior to upgrading. This process can take a few days, but you will get a text once it's sorted out.

Hopefully, you'll not have to wait too much longer.

same has happened to me, advised to go to dpd depot to collect but been and they dont have customer collections. now my 3 phones are going back to EE! will they be resent or just cancelled and refunded as bought outright and i will go to Apple and buy that way?
