Where’s my order?

i ordered a phone yesterday i got my confirmation email and haven’t heard anything since i’ve tried putting my ref number in the tracking but it just comes up with your tracking timed out, im not sure what’s going on with my order.

@ktxx10  once the device has been allocated to you you’ll receive a tracking number.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
