We moved from BT to EE on 2nd Jan for our broadband at home. We were promised the same service as BT (where we hand 3 WiFi discs around the house). EE say they cannot complete our order and therefore won’t send any WiFi discs. We can only get WiFi downstairs in our house at the moment which means WFH is roving very difficult. We need full coverage as we had with BT. After a lot of long phones calls a complaint was submitted on 10th Jan and we have heard nothing yet. Why will our order not complete? No one seems to be able to tell us. Many thanks.

And do you still have the BT equipment?

Strangely the app says it can’t show us any information about our broadband and I can’t remember the exact deal we have. We sent our BT equipment back. The broadband works, it’s just the WiFi discs we need and EE say they can’t order any because “your order has not completed”. No one seems to be able to remedy this and the complaint has not even been responded to. It is more than frustrating when WFH

Thank you. I was hoping to avoid another 2 hours wasted calling them but will brace myself and try again!
