I have recently set up a 2yr contract for my elderly mother. I was told in-store that i would be able to register my blue light card to receive a further discount on my monthly tariff. I have tried to do this several times via the website to no gain. I do as asked by putting my username/password when prompted & it says it doesn't recognise my details & tells me i'm not signed up for EE perks. I have tried to reset my password as it wasn't accepting the one i used before? & when i have done so it tells me it will send a link to my email address. I have not received it?

@Chesterch2  is this discount for your line or the line that you took out for your mother? If it’s for your line, you can only apply the discount within  the first 30 days.  If it’s not applied when taking out that contract at the time of sale then you need to call customer services to have it applied. you can not apply a discount after 30 days of having that contract.

It’s my mother’s phone that i’ve set up for her to make things about easier for her as she’s elderly. So i need to contact customer service to have the BL discount added to the contract i take it?…

Have you used EE Perk before?

If not, you'll need to register at Registration | EE before you can generate a discount code.
