About a week ago, I sent my phone for repairs, which was fixed and sent to the wrong address, meaning they sent me a replacement instead. I had already disposed of the physical QR code for the e-sim as my contract started in December 2022 meaning I had to order a replacement QR code. I ordered it on Friday, today is Tuesday and it still has not arrived even though it said it would take 2-3 days to be delivered. I can't even call customer service or any helplines as I don't have a sim is it still going to arrive?

It is 2-3 working days, and as there was the weekend, that may be why, as it is send by second class post.

The SIM can take four working days to arrive. If you're near an EE Store, you can pop in for a replacement eSIM. You would need to take some photo ID in with you (driving license or valid passport).

Hi, Just wondering if I need to be the overall account holder to pick up an eSIM as my dad is the overall account holder not me but its me who needs the replacement eSIM.
