I'm not an EE customer but someone has used my email to sign up so I am receiving their order details and I would imagine eventually their billing details. EE does not seem to provide any external email address' that I could use to clear this up. I'm not in the UK so I'm not going to make an international call to their help line. Hoping there is another way to solve this. It's annoying enough that I had to create an account to post this.

Bills are not despatched via email, any notifications about an order are specific to that transaction and the email address is not used for anything else.
I suspect the effort to get this corrected will be far more than the reward.

Good to know, and you are probably correct. I just like to make an effort in case of the follow on information is done via email.
