If you do want to cancel, the best option would be to give our customer service guides a call as @Schockwave has mentioned above.

They'll be able to bring up the order and cancel it if it has not been dispatched yet. If it has already been sent they can see if they can arranged to be returned to us by DPD.

If it is not possible to cancel or for them to return it, you can still return it within 14 days if it was ordered online or over the phone. There is more on our returns policy on the Returning a mobile device or SIM (within 14 days) page.

I've ordered a new phone when will it come. Want to  cancel

@Debrajreynolds1 , we would have no idea, but I would suggest speaking to customer service or when it arrives you have the opportunity to return it, but make sure that you do it correctly, as you have 14 days to do so and you must make sure that you have a receipt if anything goes wrong.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hello I ordered a new pay monthly phone last night when I paid the upfront cost I’ve not received a receipt by email or order confirmation how will I know if the phone is coming or not? Money has been taken from my bank
