Pay monthly phone

Hello I ordered a new pay monthly phone last night when I paid the upfront cost I’ve not received a receipt by email or order confirmation how will I know if the phone is coming or not? Money has been taken from my bank

@Treg974 , the money should be pending on your account, it will not actually be taken until your phone is dispatched. You should have received confirmation of your order, which may have landed in your spam/junk folder, please check.

If need be, please speak to customer service as they can check your account, as we have no way of seeing accounts here in the public forums.

Hello I bought a new pay monthly phone last night paid upfront cost but didn’t receive receipt or if order had worked? Money had left my bank but just no I got afterwards I’m abit skeptical
