Upgraded my contract and chose to add a smart watch to the account. I recieved parcel next day with a watch strap and a protector ( minute one kit ) the device was missing from the parcel with no signs of tamper. I've been through the whole complaints with EE where I've been promised throughout it would be resolved and I wouldn't end up paying for anything I haven't received. Well the investigation has concluded as the 'executive' eeeddiot said the picture of delivery clearly shows there was no tamper which is insane as they didn't have a 360 photo so it doesn't show anything clearly at all. On top of that I've been told several times the supplier checked the weights against DPD's weights. THIS IS 100% A LIE. I called DPD myself and they don't have any internal weight for this parcel because it wasn't weighed. EE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE WEIGHT THEY SENT IT OUT AT. EE have provided zero evidence of proof of what was inside even something as simple as the weight. I'm now going through the ombudsman procedure which I'm not hopeful about but if I'm having to pay for something I've never recieved I will make sure I spread enough awareness to shine the light on these thieves. They don't deserve there customers and as for self proclaimed uk number 1 network for 11 years running, I've never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. I won't be renewing anything with EE in the future. I'm not sticking with a company that steal from me and then call me a thief. How ironic eh.
