EE Voucher Code not working

Hi, I attended an AI Masterclass the other day at EE Studios. I received a £100 off £150 voucher to be used on the website. However, I have been trying to use it today but I get a message saying the voucher cannot be used? Please assist.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a spot of bother using the voucher you've been given. 
I'd advise getting in contact with the event organiser for some further support, and they'll be able to share how you can use this exactly.

If you head to AI Masterclass with Samsung, go to the bottom of the page, and you'll see "contact event organiser".

Thank you for your response.

I followed your advice, unfortunately doing this was not much help though. I was told to contact the store directly, but they were no help.

I guess the code just can’t be used at all 😕

If the voucher code is still not working, then please reach out to our team directly. They'll be able to double check why it's not working as expected, raise a webform for this to be looked into, and you can chat with our retail support team if needed.
