For those who have recently, or in the last month, purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max, how long did it take to be delivered from your order date? I have waited a week now, with no sign of dispatch or any email communication since my order date. I am just wondering what the current wait time is, so I know roughly when to expect delivery. @naomitaylor , if you ring customer service, they can take a look and let you know roughly when you can expect your device,.

If you let us know what storage size and colour you have ordered, one of the staff here can let you know, although they cannot access your account, they can give you a rough idea.

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver, stock guidance while placing the order on or after the 17th Feb was - "Available to order- Expect despatch within 28 days"

Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the manufacturer so we can ship this out as soon as possible.

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
