Current wait time for iPhone 17 Pro Max

For those who have recently, or in the last month, purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max, how long did it take to be delivered from your order date? I have waited a week now, with no sign of dispatch or any email communication since my order date. I am just wondering what the current wait time is, so I know roughly when to expect delivery. Thank you

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver, stock guidance while placing the order on or after the 17th Feb was - "Available to order- Expect despatch within 28 days"


Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the manufacturer so we can ship this out as soon as possible. 
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

@naomitaylor , if you ring customer service, they can take a look and let you know roughly when you can expect your device,.

If you let us know what storage size and colour you have ordered, one of the staff here can let you know, although they cannot access your account, they can give you a rough idea.

Have you received your device yet, if yes how long after you ordered was it delivered? , I ordered a little over a week ago and no sign of it yet. When ordering I was silly and didn’t check wait times…

Any update on your order? I ordeeed yesterday and an eta of 2 weeks. None of my order numbers work on the tracking either so don’t even have updates apart from one text saying they have my order.

Which colour and storage version of the 17 Pro Max did you go for here?

Also don't post this in public, but did you get an order reference number starting with XK when you placed the order?

I went for the blue 256GB storage and yes starting XKO but the tracking doesn’t work with my email or number 

I had the exact same mine wouldn’t track either it was delivered just over a week and a half after ordering… I kept phoning customer service every couple of days so they could manually track it as I didn’t receive any texts or emails updating until it had been delivered
