I order iPhone 14 on a upgrade didn’t receive email of it. Did after midnight how come I did go thought you took money out off my bank account

Hi there no email in spam from EE and plus I pay £20 pound off the bill too not being remove from my bill.

I upgrade the other night didn’t receive email that a bit sort. I think website crash wounded if going to get my money back. I pay upgrade fee and upfront payment too
