Hello, my ee parcel was set to be delivered on Tuesday, however there was an "incident"
Dpd customer service is only saying that I need to contact EE myself so that they can start a "investigation"
I need that parcel, it's my upgrade phone .
I can't seem to find any number to talk to an ee person , the 150 number just sends me to the app ,
I need this sorted out.

I understand you will be keen to get your hands on your new phone.
It would be something that would need to be discussed with our customer services team, as they will need to speak to the relevant back office team so they can get it investigated with DPD.
If you call 150 again and wait on the line, there will be options to speak to our guides, or in the EE app you can select Help, then Call Us.
