Upgrade issues no confirmation

I upgraded my phone yesterday and I’ve had no confirmation email, and it’s not showing up on my account? Tried online chat and they haven’t responded all day. It’s not showing up in my EE account or anything, does this mean it didn’t go through?

@PBarr_ check your spam folder , but the best way is to call customer support. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
