Just tried to buy a phone through the website and i have had the upfront cost taken but no emails or anything

Hi @Bscottbooker It's brilliant news that you're buying your phone with our network 🙂

At the end of your online journey, did it say 'order complete' and display an XKO reference number? If it did, then your order will have been logged on our system and will be processed by our processing team.

Hi, 

No there wasn't that page that loaded up as the page crashed and I left it and nothing happened but have still had the upfront cost come out.

I'd recommend getting in touch with one of our guides so that they can get this looked into for you.

To speak to a guide, you'd just need to call 150 from an EE or BT phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
