Got a contract for a new phone. When it arrived the seal was broken. The box Cleary states that if the seal is broken not to accept it. So I called the customer service, he wrote a note to the depot to be careful and to send a new one, and they sent a replacement 4 days later (Easter holidays) . The guy from EE said to give the phone to the DPD driver in exchange for the new one . And if the seal was broken again not to accept it. Well well the seal was broken again and the delivery driver said I had to keep it. Opened the phone and you can clearly see it's not brand new. The see through packaging around the phone is creased. Theres traces of greasy fingers around . So I phoned the customer service. Long story short because the phone it's not faulty I have to return it. 5 days to receive the envelope. Have to pay (again) to send it back. Have to wait 48 Working hours (basically a week ) to get it check and then order the new phone and pay (again) for the delivery. Disgusting company . Been with them for years and this is the way to be treated.?
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE EXCUSE THAT YOU CHECK THE PHONE FOR QUALITY CHECKS. THIS IS A SECOND HAND ONE AND YOU TRY TO SELL IT FOR NEW
the treat loyal customers.

@Gabsha76 You ever thought that someone decided to check the device to make sure nothing was wrong with it. This does happen it doesn’t mean it’s 2nd hand. Your also posting pictures of yourself holding this device, sorry please prove it’s not your ikky finger prints on it

I ordered the same phone twice, same colour because that's the phone I wanted. Now I have to order it again. Why in the world would I want to waste time when I have what I want. If you haven't got nothing intelligent to say, just keep on scrolling
