how can i find out if my order has been accepted?

Hi Chris I placed an order for a iPhone on contract but I haven’t Received a confirmation email but it also took the upfront cost from my bank? I’m really confused and want to know did it go through and why has it took the money if not

Hi it was a pro max and I’m not sure which colour it was or the storage size , could you just check if the order had gone through as I still haven’t received an email but the money has left my account and it isnt pending
