Hi, today i had ordered an iphone 12 contract which was to be £61 monthly with unlimited data. Although that is the case, i was told i could have it discounted by 20% on StudentBeans. But i wasn't able to put the discount in? I have the code but yeah? Also - if i chose the wrong iphone colour - can i have it changed if available? And what if i can't call to discuss my order? but email / text is open?

How did you order, @LuluChu195? What happened when you tried to put the discount code in on the website?
Yes, you can change your order, you just need to speak to our Mobile Care team.

Hi, so I spoke to EE and it had credit charge errors and a possible block. So they had told me to go in Store. They had told me to perhaps get a friend or family to cover me for the time being. But EE charged me £20 upfront already and now that I know I'll have to rely on a family member. It will be on a total different account. I was wondering if a refund was possible?
