I have been trying to order a phone for a week now and when i put my discount code in off blue light to says its invalid, i have 3 phones so i should get a discount which i dont as its family and friends. I have just rung ee a d was on tbe phone for 48mins waiting to speak with someone and they just cut me off without me speaking to anyone . This has made me annoyed to say the least .

Your code will not work if the plan or device is already discounted/on promotion.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I don't think the phone has a discount/promotion.  Plus  I can't talk to anyone because you wait on the phone them when you get to front of que they put the phone down
