Didn’t get my reference number or confirmation email

Hello,

i ordered a phone today as i was due an upgrade done this over the phone the lady sent me a link to a live chat and sent me a deal I “approved it” and everything, told her my email and stuff. And haven’t yet receive any confirmation or anything ? No reference number or account number or anything.

can anyone help ?
