I paid an upfront cost that was taken out of my bank but I have not received my pay monthly device after 5 days and I have not received a tracking order link email either. The current order number I have from the first email I received does not work on the EE site to let me see the status of the order and I am about to be charged the pay monthly bill of a device that I do not have in my hands. What do I do?

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 if tracking is not working.
Which device did you order. Have you checked your junk/spam folders.
