Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

For orders placed on 22/09/25 for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Deep Blue, the expected dispatch is within more than 28 days. 
Your next update will be once stock is assigned to your order, then DPD will be in touch to set your delivery date and timeslot. Make sure you have the DPD app to keep an eye on these updates coming through.

I have ordered an iPhone 17 pro max and the orders been confirmed but it’s been a few days and there’s no updates in the dispatch is there a delay on deliveries?

• I have never had so little information from my EE mobile service and I have been with them since 1994.  This is not exceptable that I am being given different dates for this order as expected delivery changes everytime I call. Emails when received are still stating at the start of order with no progress since ordered first made on the 20th September 25. On the phone today
• but its not processed any further and just told it shouldn't be much longer.  Im not sure I'd feel confident to ever preorder another phone again if no reliability of when it will be delivered..
