Ordered an upgrade on Thursday and paid for next day delivery.  It went to an old address. 

It has been sent back and then resent out to me, but I don't have a confirmation email or tracking number to check delivery status.

Did they confirm that the address had been changed for the re-delivery? DPD should be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.

Thanks, eventually got through to EE after 25mins and they have said they now have to wait for DPD to return the phone to them before re sending. This may take several days before it is returned to EE.

I was meant to have the phone Friday.
