Delivery

Hi,

my delivery says it should arrive on the 30th June (today), I have not revived any confirmation on the delivery company picking my order up, in the app it says order placed, it’s now 3pm is this still going to be delivered today?

What is it you have ordered? If it is a delivery by DPD you should have recieved some tracking information from them by now, if the order tracking is showing order placed rather than dispatched it sounds like it may not actually have dispatched yet.

I have ordered  Nintendo switch for my son, ive still not herd anything from DPD just yet, I don’t think it will be delivered today just confused because the app still says that it will arrive today

@AlexPrince Thanks for clarifying, it looks like they have an expected delivery date of within 1-3 working days of order, if it has passed that timescale already I would give our electronics team a call on 0800 079 0062 to check your order.

If its still within the timescale I would wait until that has passed, when it has been dispatched you should get a text from DPD on the morning of delivery with the 1 hour time slot.
