I placed an order on 22nd November for iPhone 14 Pro max was told 14 days for dispatch!! Raised a chat on 13th Dec as item still hadn't arrived and no up date to be told delivery on 20th Dec .. still nothing can some one please help as this is a Christmas gift!! Website showing in stock

I suggest you search the forums.
Apple say it will be mid January at best for their customers. If you are lucky you may receive one before.

Hi @Katie_B it was iPhone 14 Pro Max 5G 128GB Silver, the chat i had did say delivery would be today I just haven't heard anything ?

The current guidance on that phone is to expect dispatch in more than 28 days.
If you'd like an update or to see if there is a more in stock model available, you can speak with our Customer Care team.
DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.

@Jon_K i appreciate your guidance details of 28 days the order was placed on 22nd November 28days ago .. I have since been advised via your customer care team on 3rd dec delivery was due today however I've had no update ? I would like some one to check this for me as I customer I shouldn't have to chase this as much as I have nor be in this situation this close to Christmas it was orderd in plenty of time when ordering despatch time was 21 days this is just not good enough this is a Christmas gift for my son

Download the DPD app with same email and phone number you use for yre EE account and if DPD have it they will tell you

I did and apparently the phone was picked up by DPD yesterday and I will have in time for Christmas Guaranteed to be delivered in the next 72 hours I was told.. strange how the tracking doesn't reflect any of this 🤔 😕 nor have dpd been in touch ? It's so frustrating clearly customer exspectaion or experience means nothing to your brand I'm appalled by my while experience and total lack of ownership by anyone !!
