Hi it wasn't 21 days, I was told 14 days not only by the guy in the shop but also when I called up on Friday last week and it was only today that it changed to 21 days. 

I don't mean to come across rude but telling me it said 21 days is not true so can you please inform me and others about the current situation because I have said a couple of times now, it said 14 days not 21 when I ordered my upgrade. 

Really not happy with EE if you are telling me that the wait time has gone up from the 14 days I was told to 21 days!?

I'm sorry to hear you were given the incorrect delivery timescales at the time of placing your order.

The guidance changed to 21 days on 24 October. Prior to that it was up to 28 days.
