Upgrade no confimation

I upgraded and I didn't receive any confirmation email or message. I also paid £30 upfront and the money was withdrawn.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, I check. I make the upgrade 4 hours ago and I don't have any confirmation. I chatted with customer service and they didn't see anything, but the money was taken.
