Hi I’ve upgraded to iphone 14 pro and I received and email saying my order is on its way to me and when I try to track it says Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. Don't worry, we'll keep you updated…..

Thanks for coming here. 

DPD will be in touch with delivery information once the order has been dispatched. You can download the DPD app and use the email address as the reference and postcode. This will show you any deliveries for your address.

Okey but why it says your order on its way if it’s not despatched yet? And I am going to trade my old phone and EE asked me to send it until 14th November but my new phone hasn’t been despatched yet. So what will happen if my new phone comes later than 14th November? I will lose trade in deal?

If your trade in date arrives before the phone has been delivered, please call us on 150 and the team will help you get this sorted 🙂

I’ve called the number and the person told me to contact “likewize” she said it is the company deals with trades and she can’t do anything. Also she told me that the new device will be despatched within 21 days but on the website it was saying 14 days. So unfortunately there was no hep from EE.

Hi @gk44,

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was 'expect dispatch within 21 days'. You'll receive a text from DPD as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

You won't need to send back your old phone until you have received your upgrade.

But on the mail it says “ if we don’t receive your old phone you will lose your trade in deal”
