Please follow the link you received from DPD to re-schedule your delivery. You can also do it via the DPD app.

Am not a happy customer been treated like **bleep**. Was promised a new phone as they messed my order up and Lewis a manager was supposed to call me back to make sure my problem was sorted.anyway if this is not resolved going to seek legal advice
