@Darre4  no one on here knows who you or Louis are.

Have you ready any of the previous replies and contacted Customer services of DPD/App?

Am not a happy customer been treated like **bleep**. Was promised a new phone as they messed my order up and Lewis a manager was supposed to call me back to make sure my problem was sorted.anyway if this is not resolved going to seek legal advice
