Hi, I’ve agreed a new contract today but don’t know when it’s being delivered. The lady I spoke to said I would be able to book my own delivery date

@Brenno57 you’ll receive a tracking number once a device has actually been allocated to you. You’ll also get a date and time slot of delivery. If you want to delay that delivery on that date given you probably can but you’ll not be able to bring that date forward as that would be the earliest opportunity that the device could be delivered to.
