upfront cost

My recent upgrade was returned to EE by DPD through no fault of my own, they say I refused it but i didn't. The return has been processed and I have had to do the upgrade again, however the deal I signed last week is no longer available, last week there was no upfront fee for the upgrade on the same plan I chose, this week it's now £30. I have paid it as I need the phone, but I d like to know how i can get it refunded as it's not my fault it wasn't delivered

@Lwarnell  You will have to call customer services to see if that’s even possible.   It’s also no fault of EEs that the delivery didn’t happen and they can change costs.
