I ordered Beats Studio Buds via EE as an add on. The order went through and assigned to DPD. They were provided with the wrong address by EE and so failed to deliver when encountering the occupant of the wrong address. EE has not been helpful in rectifying this problem and it is very difficult to find let alone speak to the correct department. I would like customer service to contact me and sort out this mess.

I'm sorry to hear there was a mix up with your address.
If your order has been returned by the courier, you'll need to place a new order. I'd recommend contacting Customer Care on 150 first, to make sure the address on your account is correct.
