If you are wondering about delivery, you will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another on on the day of delivery with a one hour window, no deliveries are done over the weekend.
We have no account access and do not know who you are, this is a public forum, so other than what I have written, I presume it is about delivery of your new phone, you should have also received confirmation via email from EE, if you cannot see it, check your spam/junk folder.
