I ordered my phone on the 7th of May and it still isn’t with DPD how much longer should it take?

Which model of phone, including colour and storage size, did you order?

I can have a look at the current stock levels to see if there are any delays, and if there are, when the approximate dispatch would be expected.

it is the iPhone 16 plus in pink 128GB. It was ordered into Rushmere craigavon store. Thank you so much for your help!

yes I received an order number from EE but nothing from DPD.

You'd not get anything from DPD until they have the phone @Megan182, but are you able to use the order number to check the order on the order tracker?

I have tracked it and it’s still saying dispatched on the 8th but nothing further update. When I rang yesterday they told me that DPD haven’t received it and then I was confused because it was ordered to the store.

It would still be delivered by DPD if it was going to the store @Megan182

If you still haven't heard anything tomorrow, I'd recommend giving us another call so they can check the order again and see if it is with DPD yet.

Thank you so much for your help Michael! I rang today and they have said it seems it’s got lost in transit. My only worry is my 14 days will probably be up before they investigate it and I receive it and also I’m paying for a phone I haven’t received. Does it normally take long when this happens?
