I’m hoping someone can help or advise because I am getting nowhere with DPD.
I have been waiting for a high value replacement device and DPD have failed to deliver it twice. I took time off work both times and was home all day, with no TV, no phone distractions etc specifically to make sure I didn’t miss the delivery.
According to the tracking, the driver claimed they attempted delivery today at 13:31. However there was no doorbell press, no knock, no motion detected at that time. I have a doorbell camera which clearly shows no activity. The driver also uploaded a delivery photo which isn’t even pointing at my path/door.
For reference, motion was correctly detected earlier today at 12:29 when I collected a Tesco order — so the camera is working and active.
This is the second failed attempt and I urgently need this device because my current phone is failing, and I am the primary carer for both my parents — I cannot risk being unreachable.
Can EE please help escalate this with DPD and get this delivery prioritised? I have also notified the sender due to the lack of genuine delivery attempt.

I can understand your frustration at the delivery not being completed, especially when you are needing to get your hands on the working phone.
We don't have access to your account here on the community to see what is happening with the delivery, but if you contact our customer service guides, they can view the account and order to see what has happened, and see how they can get it back to you.
