I have been trying to return 2 HomePods from Northern Ireland. I have been told that there are no drop off points and dpd have to collect. Dpd failed to collect after a day wasted waiting on them. I have tried to rearrange via EE still haven’t received a return date. Can anyone help? This is beyond a joke.

Did you order the HomePods as an add to plan product or did you buy them from the EE Store?

They were purchased online via the website. Someone was meant to call back today but hasn’t. All I am trying to do is return a product that I purchased and you will not help.
