DPD courier arrived with my order but couldn’t deliver it

Hi there, I ordered an upgraded Apple Watch. It arrived 24hrs after placing the upgrade order. The DPD courier arrived at my location, asked me for the PIN code. I never received the PIN code and there was no mention of this delivery on the DPD app in my phone. But the courier was at the correct address and I showed him it was the same number associated with the order, however he was told that he was not allowed to give me the order without the PIN code. Again I never received the code. I’ve tried calling 150 but no options seem to cater to my needs and it seems impossible to get through to customer support.

I received the order via DPD earlier in the day, just posting in to say. Thank you guys so much for the support, everything is up and running perfectly now.

I’m having a similar issue. Ordered Apple Watch Ultra 3. DPD turned up to deliver it, asking for a pin. I’ve not received a pin from DPD. They have the number for the Apple Watch, no message on my current watch either. 

the driver said he would go check something in his van and then drove off with no further explanation. 

now stuck on hold for over 40 minutes on 150 trying to find out what’s going on. 

no pin, no email confirming that my order has been despatched.  Really poor EE and DPD
