DELAYED ORDER

I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB Space Black on the 2nd of December and have not received a single update. Could you please let me know the status of my order?

I originally ordered the phone in November but since you had so much delays and I was flying out of the UK for holiday, your customer service team suggested to cancel and reorder. Up until now I have heard from your team again.

The iPhone 14 Pro Max 256GB in Black is available to order and is usually despatched within 14 days. 

As you have not received any update I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can look into this further.

Well funny you say that, the same thing with me, I ordered on 13th Dec, no updates for the same model and colour… 

I rang and was told it would be with me in 4 days time (this was over a week ago) and called again on Tuesday and was told there is no updates because china has covid again so they’re delaying production and basically just to wait for a DPD update. 

I’m a new customer with you and starting to regret taking out a new contract with you guys already.

I'm waiting for an order too, I upgraded, paid an upgrade fee, received an email confirmation but can't track my order! Said it would be dispatched within 24 hours.... Feeling very frustrated! Its only for the iPhone 13, not even the latest model!
