Hiya,

So I've been back and forth on here because I've been trying to get this sorted, so I ordered a phone which DPD then lost, put in a thing for it, then EE called me back yesterday, missed the call, then called back and got told it was too late to be put through, called today and was told I can't be connected only I'd have to email the department, which I'm sure is going to take longer, is there any quicker way of doing this? I've been trying to chase this up for a week and I feel like am going on circles,
