Contract price different to what was offered

Hi All,

I just completed a sim only purchase via a phone call to the sales team. I was sent a contract to view and sign via text, which quoted a price of £25.90 (I still have access to this link and it is still showing as £25.90), however upon receiving email confirmation it says my contract price is £37 per month. 

Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, how have you resolved the situation?

@Nikolett95  It should show somewhere towards the end of the final pricing.   If it doesn’t then you definitely need to call about this.

@Nikolett95  When you say just completed how just completed because customer services close’s at 9 and you posted this just gone 10pm.       But check the information provided as it might have been a tariff with a discount. While it’ll show the full cost you need to check to see if a discount is also shown.   If you’re still unsure you need to call customer services tomorrow now to check everything.

Thank you very much for your answer. Could you please tell me that where on the confirmation email would I see the discounts added? There is nothing mentioned on it unfortunately.

Thank you so much. It does not show it, so I will call them tomorrow. The price I was offered is still available in the text message which they have sent me. I am a brand new customer, do not really know how it works but I hope it will be sorted tomorrow.
