Could anyone help me please?. I ordered a phone on contract on Thursday, however I’ve yet I’ll to have any email/text regarding delievery. And on the EE app it says Order confirmed 30th October, but hasn’t been dispatched yet?

The iPhone 17 256GB in Black at the point of order on 30/10/2025 was to expect despatch within 14 days.
As soon as your order begins to progress you will receive further tracking information from DPD.
