Hello, I purchased a £20 14-day unlimited eSIM on 3 Nov 2025 via the EE website using my email [your email].
The payment succeeded, but I haven’t received the QR code.
Since the eSIM hasn’t been activated and my customer is not willing to share their EID, I’d like to cancel and request a refund under the 14-day policy.
Transaction ID T70**************
Please confirm the cancellation and refund process.
[Mod Edit: Obscured transaction ID in public post]
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hello @jebastin ,
Welcome to the community,
This is not customer service, you will have to ring them up to see if they will give you a refund.
It may be sent via second class post, if you are a new member. I would suggest discussing this with an EE guide first by ringing them and pressing olption 2 to get to one of the guides. We have no account access and do not know who you are, also you should not put any personal information here, such as your transaction number, as this is a public forum and anyone can use it and spam you.

For context, I believe it may be one of these:
Seems to be a relatively new thing, can be found at this page which requires signing in with an EE ID: https://ee.co.uk/mobile/travel-esim-uk
