I am waiting for a device to be delivered and DPD have arrived twice to deliver and asked for a code?

I have received no code either from EE or from DPD so on both occasions the device couldnt be delivered.

I have received no code either via email or text, or any notification from either EE or DPD that the order was even out for delivery.

Rather frustrating and very annoying to say the least!!!!

If you are unable to receive the code from DPD for the delivery, please get in touch with our mobile guides they will get this looked into for you.
